Withdrawal Policy for Customers in the European Union

At INNODIGYM, we are committed to complying with the consumer protection laws of the European Union. If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase under the conditions set out below.

This Withdrawal Policy applies only to purchases made by consumers residing in the European Union and is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after:

• you receive the goods; or
• if your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the day on which you receive the final item.

Important: If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, you may exercise your right on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) as provided under law.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal request before the withdrawal period has expired.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify INNODIGYM of your decision by a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You may submit your request by:

Your withdrawal notice should include:

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Customer Address
• Contact Email
• Product(s) to be withdrawn
• Date of Receipt

You are not required to use any specific form, provided your intention to withdraw is clearly communicated.

Return of Goods

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You meet this deadline if you send back the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

Before shipping your return, please contact us to receive the correct return address and any return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us when you exercise your right of withdrawal. The exact return shipping cost will depend on your delivery address and the size/ weight of the parcel. Please contact our customer support team after you have arranged the return so we can confirm the applicable shipping charges for your specific case.

Refunds

Once your withdrawal has been accepted, INNODIGYM will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return shipment (whichever occurs earlier).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method is expressly agreed.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold reimbursement until:

• the returned goods have been received; or
• you provide satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned,

whichever occurs first.

Deductions for Diminished Value

Under law, we may deduct an amount from your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Examples of handling that may result in a deduction include (but are not limited to):

• Using the product for an extended period beyond what is necessary for inspection;
• Modifying, installing permanently, or damaging the product;
• Failing to return the product in its original packaging where reasonably possible;
• Visible wear or scratches on the product surface beyond what would result from reasonable inspection;
• Internal wear or tear resulting from prolonged use beyond what is necessary to test the product's functionality.

If such diminished value is identified, the deduction will be based on the actual reduction in value of the returned goods. The specific amount will be assessed based on the product's condition upon return and will be confirmed with you by our support team before the refund is processed.

Please note: We do not charge restocking fees, administration fees, or fixed-percentage fees for processing statutory withdrawal returns. Any deduction made is solely to reflect the actual loss in value of the returned item.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect the goods as you would reasonably do in a physical retail store to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Acceptable inspection includes:

• Opening the packaging to examine the product;
• Testing the product as you would in a physical store (e.g., moving parts, checking functionality);
• Assembling and disassembling the product as intended.

Unacceptable handling that may result in a deduction includes:

• Using the product for an extended period beyond what is necessary for inspection;
• Modifying, installing permanently, or damaging the product;
• Failing to return the product in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where exclusions are permitted under applicable law, including but not limited to:

• Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
• Sealed digital content or software that has been unsealed or activated after delivery, where applicable;
• Services that have been fully performed with the customer's prior consent before the withdrawal period has expired;
• Other products or services excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

This Withdrawal Policy governs your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable European consumer protection laws.

Where this Withdrawal Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country, those mandatory laws shall prevail.
